Leslie Ann Valentine

Leslie Ann Valentine, age 60, of Warsaw, Indiana, formerly of Pierceton passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 8:47 p.m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Leslie was born August 14, 1960 in Warsaw, Indiana to Leroy E and Arlene (Carper) Valentine. Leslie was a 1980 graduate of Whitko High School.  She was previously employed at Christine’s Flowers and formerly enjoyed volunteering at Pierceton Elementary helping children. Leslie loved to play cards, read, watch her bird feeder, participate in Facebook and games. Leslie  is survived by siblings: Margaret Ward, Janet (Tim) Meloy, and Terry (Penny) Valentine; three nieces: Jessi (Greg) Miller, Amanda (Josh) Brown, Caryn Meloy; three nephews, Travis (Kelsey) Ward, Adam (Terra) Sellers, Andy Meloy. In addition, she is survived by twelve great nieces: Alana, Leah, Karson, Skye, Kaitlyn, Sedda, Sunny, Lilli, Emily, Ivy, Megan, Breanna; one great-great niece, Kirsten, and one great-great nephew, Kaydin. She was preceded in death by both parents. A funeral service will be held at Noon on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with a one hour calling prior to the service at the chapel. Chaplain Bob Jarboe will be officiating the services. Interment will follow at  Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton. Memorial donations may be made to Pierceton Fire Department PO Box 526 Pierceton, Indiana, 46562 Due to current COVID-19 recommendations, masks are required.  The public is kindly requested to provide their own. Social distancing is strongly encouraged. No food is permitted at this time.
