Leo Patrick Cusick

Leo Patrick Cusick, 77, of 6784 Villas Drive East Boca Raton, Florida 33433 , died on 7/13/2009 at 3:00 am at Boca Raton Community Hospital Boca Raton, Florida. He was born on September 16, 1931 in Paterson, New Jersey. Leo was born to Charles and Isabel Cusick. He attended Wayne Schools, Pompton Lakes High School and recieved a Bachelors Degree in Arts and Science from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey. Leo faithfully served his nation in the United States Army and attained the rank of Corporal. He was stationed at the United States Pentagon in Wahington, DC. Leo was united in marriage to Joan Millonzi June 12, 1954 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Leo was employed by Big Boy Products Warsaw, Indiana as Sales Manager, Vice-President of Marketing and Chief Executive Officer for 23 years. He continued his career at Pylon Manufacturing as Vice-President of Marketing for an additional 10 years. Leo was an avid golfer and enjoyed his retirement playing golf at Boca Raton Country Club Boca Raton, Florida. In addition, he was a former longtime member of Tippecanoe Lake Country Club Leesburg, Indiana and Sacred Heart Catholic Church Warsaw, Indiana. Leo is survived by his loving family including his wife Joan of Boca Raton, Florida, sons Michael and Christopher of Chicago, Illinois, daughter-in-law Linda (Mrs. Michael) Cusick of Chicago, Illinois, grandchildren Ryan, Sean and Marie. In addition, Leo is survived by his sisters Marie, Isabel and Rita and brothers Robert and Charles. Services will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church Boca Raton, Florida on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery - Warsaw, Indiana at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorial contributions in Leo's name be made to hte Boca Raton Country Club 6200 Boca Del Mar Drive Boca Raton, Florida 33433 where a memorial site will be established in Leo's honor and memory.
