Lee Edward Mosher, 88, of 320 West Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, died on 1/30/2009 at 2:10 PM at Grace Village Retirement Community Winona Lake, In. He was born on July 23, 1920 in Columbia City, Indiana. Lee was born to Charles A. and Rosa (Oberkiser) Mosher. He lived most of his life in Warsaw and lived 20 years on Big Chapman Lake. He married Anna Lou Heckaman on June 29, 1947 in Warsaw, Indiana. Lee was a mail carrier and a former supervisor for Shaklee. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Warsaw and American Legion Post #49. He helped build the Big Chapman Lake Conservation Clubhouse and was one of the first Presidents of the club.Lee was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. He served in the South Pacific for 33 months.He is survived by his Wife: Anna Lou Mosher, Warsaw, Indiana and several Nieces and Nephews. Lee was preceded in death by his Parents, 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters. Services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 2:00 pm with Don Locke officiating.. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
