Larry G. Angiano, 61, passed away peacefully in his home with family surrounding him with love on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Born in Port Lavaca, Texas on March 3, 1965, Larry was the son of Leandro “Lynn” Sr. and Cecilia (Casarez) Angiano. He worked in the farm fields in Texas until at the age of 22, he moved with his sister Sylvia to the Pierceton, Indiana area.

He met his future wife, Penny Shultz, at a picnic work party that her family also worked for. The two became one on August 8, 1988 in Warsaw.

A hard worker, Larry worked for Starlite in Pierceton, Warsaw Chemical, Fort Wayne Foundry in Columbia City, Maple Leaf Farms and lastly, for Lewis Salvage. He had to quit working when his health took a decline.

Larry was always happy go lucky. He may have looked mean at times but he was the sweetest teddy bear. He would help anyone in need. Larry was the rock of the family and is deeply missed.

He could often be found fishing with his boys, camping and swimming. He enjoyed trips to Texas to visit family and to fish.

Larry is survived by his wife, Penny, of Pierceton; children: Kristi (Brandon) Prater, Amy Angiano, Tiffany (Virgil) Smith, Joe Rodriguez, Gary Rodriguez, Edward Angiano and Joshua Angiano; granddaughter, Cami Angiano; step-grandchildren, Michael Brandon Lee Prater and Delanee Lynn Clark; and siblings: MaryAnn, Lottie, Linda, Eloise, Sandra, and Leandro Jr., all of Texas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Leandro Jr., AnnieJane, Sylvia and Jerry; father-in-law, Jerry Shultz; and brothers-in-law, Dennis and Tim Shultz.

Per his wishes, no formal services will take place.
