He is survived by 2 daughters: Tara Prater, Warsaw, IN; Lara Popenfoose, Warsaw, IN; 1 son: Joby(spouse Carla) Popenfoose, Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by his father and stepmother: Paul Clara Popenfoose of Leesburg, IN; 1 sister Paula Edwards of Leesburg, IN; and 1 brother Kenny (spouse Ann) Popenfoose of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren: Austin Popenfoose, Asia Popenfoose, Kody Popenfoose, Arissa Caudill, Ryan Caudill, Jr., Devin Caudill, Jory Prater, and Madison Prater. Larry was preceded in death by his mother and 1 brother Michael Popenfoose. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
