L. Bruce Wright

L. Bruce Wright, 91, of 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake, Indiana, died on 4/13/2010 at 2:35 PM at Grace Village Retirement Community. He was born on May 9, 1918 in Clay County, Indiana. His parents were the late William F. and Ona ( McCreery ) Wright. He married Florine Miller in 1939 in Clay City, Indiana. Living in Clay County until 1962, he moved to Warsaw to become the President of Lake City Bank, retiring in 1982. He was a graduate of Clay City High School and the University of Indianapolis. Bruce was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw. He was a US Army Air Force Veteran.He enjoyed playing the Violin. Bruce is survived by his wife Florine Wright of Winona Lake, IndianaTwo daughters Sue Walters of Birmingham, Michigan and Ann (and spouse Greg) Steele of Naperville, Illinois.One son David Wright of Boston, Massachusetts.Seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren Services will be held at A celebration of life service at Grace Village, Winona Lake, Indiana on At a later date at to be determed at a later date.
