Kyle Gene Mosher

Kyle G. Mosher, 58, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, October 22, 2023.

On July 8, 1965 in South Whitley, Indiana, Kyle was born to Larry and Linda (Burkhart) Mosher. He graduated from Whitko High School and joined the military shortly after graduation.

He served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant with the 82nd Airborne stationed in Korea and Israel. He was Honorably Discharged.

He worked in construction as a self-employed contractor. He had to retire due to health complications.

Kyle was funny, unique and lovingly feisty. He was caring and made sure his children had everything they needed. He loved animals, watching the Indianapolis Colts play and metal detecting. He treasured his get togethers every Christmas with his daughters, cooking up his own special recipes for dinner.

He is dearly missed by his children, Allison (Josh Porter) Mosher of South Whitley, Morgan (Jake) Mosher of Fort Wayne, Emily Dyson of Pierceton and Brandon Reiff of Pierceton; grandchildren Audric, Cas, a grandson on the way, Eden and Samuel; and his brothers, Kent and Kevin Mosher of Pierceton.

Kyle was preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wishes, no formal services will be held.
