Kenyan Chase Bennett

Kenyan Chase Bennett, 24, of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away at 12:50am on Monday, July 25, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital Fort Wayne, Indiana due to a vehicle accident. Kenyan was born June 26, 1998, in Warsaw the son of (the late) Kevin and LeAnn (Barton) Bennett. He was a 2018 graduate of Warsaw High School and worked at McDonalds, Detroit Street. He loved playing basketball, going to the beach and hanging out with his friends. Most of all he loved sharing play time with all the kids. He had a great love for listening to music and singing along to his favorite songs. Kenyan will be lovingly remembered by his mother, LeAnn Bennett of Warsaw; his brothers, Andrew Bennett of Rochester, Brody Bennett, and sister Alishia Bennett both of Warsaw; grandmothers, Linda Bennett of Atwood and Sue Barton of Warsaw; along with several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in passing by his father Kevin Bennett, one brother Tanner Bennett, grandfathers, Stephen Bennett and Roger Barton, and one uncle, Robert Bennett. Funeral services in celebration of Kenyan’s life will begin at 7:00 pm on Tuesday August 2, 2022, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Ct. Warsaw with Pastor Doug Lemon and Steve Neeley officiating. A Visitation with family and friends will be from 3-7 pm prior to the service in the funeral chapel.
