Kenneth E. Wilson, age 64, of Pierceton, IN passed away Sunday April 22, 2012 at 8:20 AM in Indiana University Medical Center Indianapolis, IN. He was born February 23, 1948 in Fort Wayne, IN to Howard and Margaret (Neher) Wilson. He was a 39 year resident of Pierceton, IN. On December 18, 1971 in Hicksville, OH he was united in marriage to Lana M. Green. Kenneth was a Platter Polisher for R.R. Donnelly and Sons Warsaw, IN and retired after 40 years of service. He attended Pierceton United Methodist Church. Kenneth faithfully served his country in the United States Army Infantry from 1967 to 1969 as a SP4 (T) during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of the Pierceton Lions Club and served as Past President and Treasurer. He is survived by his wife Lana Wilson of Pierceton, IN; daughters Karen (spouse Walter) Braunsdorf of South Bend, IN and Cheryl (companion Robert Martinez) Wilson of Hayward, CA; sister Pam Hinrich of Churubusco, IN; brothers Jim (spouse Ann) Wilson of Decatur, IN, Carl (spouse Bonnie) Wilson of Larwill, IN, Keith Wilson of North Webster, IN, Jon (spouse Cheri) Wilson of Spencerville, IN and Kevin (spouse Sharron) Wilson of Philadelphia, PA; brother-in-law David Crooks of Churubusco, IN and grandchildren Ayrun, Justin, Mariclare and Opalruth Braunsdorf and Marie Queen, and Robert Buddy and Charles Martinez. His parents and sister Cynthia Crooks preceded him. Services will be held Monday April 30, 2012 at 4:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post # 1126 will render military honors. Calling hours will be Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Warsaw with a Lions memorial service at 3:30 PM. Pastor Holly White will officiate the services. Interment services will be private. The family requests memorial contributions be directed to the Pierceton Lions Club or the Pierceton United Methodist Church Window Fund.
