Kari Ann Hutcherson

Kari Hutcherson, 58 of Columbia City passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at her residence. Born on March 2, 1964, in Lebanon, Indiana to Ronald Keith Hutcherson “Coach Hutch” and Ruth Ann (Dyer) Hutcherson. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1982 and continued her education at Northern Iowa University obtaining a bachelors degree in Social Work, Criminology and Justice. Kari was employed at Parkview Behavioral Health as an Alcohol and Drug Therapist and Crisis Intervention Specialist. Kari is survived by brother Ronald “Scott” (Melanie) Hutcherson three nieces and nephews of Scott (Melanie) Hutcherson, Kayla Lee (Alexi) Demopoulos, Danielle Nicole (Elijah)Walker and Jacob Keith: also, Kari has four uncles Jerry, Denny, and Jeff Hutcherson, John Dyer, two aunts, Jeanie Campbell, Debbie Duncan. She was preceded in passing of her parents Coach and Ruth Hutcherson. A visitation with friends and family will be held on Sunday April 10, 2022, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral chapel with Pastor Jeff Pfeifer officiating the services.
