Justin Wayne Perkins, age 32, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 7:05 AM in his residence due to a brain aneurysm. He leaves behind his life partner; Felisha Johnson and his three children; Natalie Perkins, Mallory Perkins, and Carter Perkins. He also leaves behind his Mother; Kay Perkins and three Brothers; Nathan Oglesbee, Lucas Oglesbee, and Gary Black. Justin was a beloved father, son and brother, but to the ones closest he was so much than that. You were the strongest dad in the world to your kids. You were the first-born son. You were the protector of your brothers. You leave behind a loving family. Your loving Mother who was always there for you no matter what, and three brothers that were lucky enough to have you in their lives. We all love and miss you so much.
