Justin “Dean” Burnworth

Justin “Dean” Burnworth, age 38 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his residence in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born June 28, 1979 in Columbia City, IN to Bill and Sandy (Smith) Burnworth. He was a Pierceton, IN resident until 1990 when he moved to Fort Wayne. He was an avid baseball, basketball and NASCAR fan. In addition, he enjoyed his Challenger Sports League games, family time and Shirley Temple movies. Survivors include his parents Bill and Sandy Burnworth of Pierceton, a brother Jason (companion Jessica Cone) Burnworth of Pierceton, grandmother Mary Smith of Pierceton, his “babies” nephew Austin Burnworth of Warsaw and niece Ayla Burnworth of Pierceton and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his “Pa” Donnie Smith, grandparents Willis and Juanita Burnworth Elliot. Visitation hours are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday, December 30, 2017 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A Funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM Saturday in the Funeral Chapel. Interment will be private in Oakwood Cemetery. Pastor Glenn Hall will officiate the service.
