Judy Kuhn

Judy Kuhn took her Savior’s hand as He led her to the mansion prepared for her at the age of 83 on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Peabody Retirement Home in North Manchester, Indiana.

Born on October 9, 1942, in Nappanee, Indiana, Judy was the daughter of Roy I. and Oda A. (Kring) Garman. She married Bruce F. Kuhn on April 20, 1996 in New Salem Church of the Brethren in Milford.

Judy was a lifelong area resident who enjoyed a few winters in Florida with her late husband, Bruce. Together they enjoyed camping with River City friends and traveling through the United States. Judy was usually smiling, always talking to Jesus and spreading joy with her giggles.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, needlework, coloring, baking and music. Judy was a member of Walnut Church of the Brethren in Argos and formerly of New Salem Church of the Brethren. Judy was active for many years with the Kosciusko County Homemaker Extension Club, Crystal Club.

Judy leaves behind a legacy of love and will be dearly missed by her sister, Betty Moneyheffer; brother Jim (Joyce) Garman; bonus sister, Chris (Tony) Himes, dear friend, Cheryl Bright; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bruce in 2008; and her siblings: Richard, Keith, Margaret, Donnabelle and Devon.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Chaplain J.P. Freeman officiating.

Burial will be in the Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg.
