Juanita Wagner

August 28, 1941 — May 12, 2025

Juanita Louise Hall Wagner (8/28/1941) 83 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away in her home at 2:48 AM on May 12.2025 peacefully. She was born in Parker City, Indiana, to Floyd and Margaret Hall. She graduated from Parker City High School in 1959. After her high school graduation, she moved to Warsaw and married Jesse Sanchez and later Virgil Dee Wagner.

She began her illustrious career with United Telephone Company (later known as Sprint) and retired from North Supply. After retiring from North Supply, she began her calling in the real estate profession. She worked for some of the top real estate firms in Warsaw, even earning her the Top Realtor of the Year in 2002. In 2004/2005 she was the President Elect for the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors, and then she was President of the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors in 2006 /2007. She guided countless families towards new beginnings for many years, making many new friends along the way. Everyone loved her genuine smile and straight forwardness.

In her spare time, Juanita spent endless hours playing golf, watching her favorite sports team, the Chicago Cubs, and spending time enjoying the lake activities of boating and fishing. Later in life after retiring Juanita moved to Bradenton, Florida where she enjoyed wintering for seven years while maintaining her home on Pike Lake. Although she was gone most of the time from her family, she was very proud of her sons and her grandchildren.

Juanita, all her life, was an advocate of hard work, learning new skills, and doing things right the first time. She worked hard for what she had and was proud that she was doing it herself and not reliant upon others. Furthermore, she had a neighborly kindness that she will always be remembered for by anyone that knew her.

Juanita leaves behind three sons, Jeffrey, Stephen (Gene), Christopher Sanchez, her grandchildren, Alexandra and Mercedes Sanchez, and her extended family Shanda Sanchez, Cindy Hackworth, and Jerri Townsend, and her beloved dog, Sam. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and many other relatives and friends.

Per Juanita’s request there is no funeral or celebration of life.

Donations can be made to charity that was dearest to her heart, the AWL of Kosciusko County.
