Joseph Alan Glant

Joseph Alan Glant, age 66, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at his residence on Friday April 24, 2026.

Born in Columbia City, Indiana on August 3, 1959, he was the son of Allen Glant and Margaret “Peg” (Wallace) Shipley.

Joseph was a self-employed construction worker with Flat Work Concrete.

He was an avid fan of multiple sports. He could often be found outdoors enjoying nature. He was known for his “goofy” personality and always being a jokester.

Joseph is survived by his mother, Margaret “Peg” Shipley, daughter, Delaney Glant (Tyler McInturff), sister Beth Westgard, brothers: Troy Glant, Mitch (Donna) Glant, and his uncle Jack Glant.

He was preceded in death by his father Allen Glant, grandparents Sam and Donnabelle Glant, and Millard and Mary Wallace,

Per the family’s wishes, all services for Joseph will be private.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw has been entrusted with the care of Joseph.
