Jo Ann Moore

Jo Ann Moore, age 90, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Friday, February 28, 2020 at 3:13 PM in Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation, Warsaw. She was born February 23, 1930 in Russell, KY to Eugene and Sarah (Waldron) Hoffman. A Warsaw resident for 35 years, she was homemaker and a member of the Church of God. Survivors include her children Sam Hoffman, Charles (Kay) Shelton, Ron Shelton, all of Warsaw, and Scarlet Little of Prestonsburg, KY. In addition, a brother Sam Hoffman of Ashland, KY, 3 grandchildren, 8great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren survive. She was preceded by husbands Raymond Shelton and Ed Moore, a daughter Clotene Lutey and sister Jean Addair. Private services will be conducted.
