Jerry L. Craig, 86, of Warsaw, died Saturday May 7, 2022 at Kosciusko Community Hospital. Jerry was born in Warsaw on January 2, 1936, the son of (the late) Robert G. & Frances E. (Benton) Craig. He graduated from Warsaw High School with the Class of ’54 and on January 11, 1957 he married Connie (Holle) Craig, who survives after 65 years of marriage. Jerry served proudly in the Indiana National Guard for several years; he retired in 1998 from Hill & Griffith, was a member of First United Methodist Church, Warsaw Lodge No. 73, F. & A.M., Mizpah Shrine of Northeastern Indiana and The American Foundrymen’s Association, where he served as their former Secretary. Jerry cherished the time he spent with his family & friends; he loved travelling with Connie and enjoyed living in the country and playing golf or relaxing with a crossword puzzle or an old western. He also enjoyed his involvement with the Lodge and the Shrine; particularly the mini bikes at parades and the circuses. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and also a son, Douglas A. Craig and a brother, James R. Craig. Surviving with Connie are their daughters, Anita (Ron) Creech of Celeste TX , Jerilynn (Tim) Britton of Mentone and son, Mark Craig of Warsaw; brother, Robert B. (Pat) Craig of Warsaw; grandchildren, Ronni Creech Hardin of Frisco TX, Matthew (Kristina) Creech of Midlothian TX, Steven (April) Craig of Norfolk VA, Logan (Caitie) Britton of Ft Rucker AL, Lucas (Rosio) Britton of Warsaw and great-grandchildren, Brayden Hardin, Riley Hardin, Samantha Creech, Kylie “K.C.” Craig, Kennedy Craig, Luke Britton and Celeste Britton. Funeral Services 10:00 Wednesday May 11, 2022 at McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Ct. Visitation 4-8pm Tuesday in the funeral home with a Masonic Service being held at 7pm.
