Jeffrey Jorczak

Jeffrey Jorczak, age 57, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 10:50 AM in his residence. He was born January 1, 1961 in Muncie, IN to James and Judith (Gotschall) Jorczak. A Warsaw, resident for 40 years he was a 1979 Wawasee High School Graduate He attended Indiana University, Bloomington and graduated from I.P.F.W., Fort Wayne in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He was formerly employed by Kosciusko Community Hospital as Medical Records Technician. Jeffrey was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with friends at Café Mod. Survivors include his parents Jim and Judy Jorczak of Leesburg, a brother Jonathan (spouse Debra) Jorczak of Sebastopol, CA, a sister Jennifer Martin of Warsaw, and nieces Grace Martin of Sarasota, FL and Katherine Jorczak of Sebastopol. He was preceded by his niece, Emma Martin on June 16, 2009. Visitation hours are scheduled for Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. His Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Rahn officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
