Janice Nadine Gable

Janice Nadine Gable, 85 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Sunday April 17, 2016 at 3:40 p.m. at Halcyon Hospice House, Sandy Springs, Georgia. She was born on February 19, 1931 to Charles and Gladys (Frazure) Bowman in Albion, Indiana.   She has live in Warsaw since 1955. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Eugene Gable on August 1955 in Warsaw, Indiana. She worked as a secretary and Treasurer for Kenneth E. Gable Builders. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw, Indiana Janice was a loving mother and grandmother. A very giving and caring person, always concerned about others, she helped and touched many people’s lives that she came in contact with.   She is survived by her daughter, Tamara Gable-Magley of Woodstock, Georgia; a son M. Andrew (and spouse Jody) Gable of Greenwood South Carolina; a sister, Barbara Grossnickle of North Carolina. She was blessed with five grandchildren, Aaron Magley of San Francisco, Hilary Magley of Duluth, Georgia, Benjamin Drew, Ellen Bess and Trey Michael Gable all of Greenwood South Carolina and one great granddaughter, Etta June Greenway of Greenwood, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth in October of 2009 and three sisters.   A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana with Pastor Forrest Tabor officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Chapel.   Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.   The family is requesting that the memorial contribution be made to Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, Indiana 46581 and/or Cambridge Academy, 103 Eastman Street, Greenwood, South Carolina 29679.
