James W. Perkins

James W. Perkins, 52 of Mentone, Indiana, passed away at 5:07 pm, Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. On June 15, 1959, James was born in Warsaw, Indiana to Norman Lester and Manilla Faye(Robertson) Perkins. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County and had worked for the City of Warsaw - Street Department for 20 years. He is survived by his three children, Tina (and spouse Michael) Music, Warsaw; Terry Robertson, Warsaw and Timothy Perkins and his fiance, Allyson Orr, Mentone; two granddaughters, Alexis and Alisa Music, Warsaw. Services and burial will take place at a later date. The family requests memorial contributions are to be made to American Lung Association of Fort Wayne, 3454 Stellhorn Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815-8643.
