James Russell Fullhart, 52 of North Manchester, IN passed away Monday September 21, 2015 at 10:25 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born June 28, 1963 to Stanley and Mary (Beal) Fullhart in Huntington, IN. He was graduated from Huntington High School in 1981 and he attended Manchester College. He was in the United States Army SIGINT from 1983 to 1989 and NSA Fort Meade from 1989 to 1993. He worked for Burnau Concrete, Tom Kelly as a manager in Columbia City and Fort Wayne, IN. and Summit City, Fort Wayne. He has live in Fort Wayne for many years. He was a member of North Manchester Moose, American Legion and Izsack Walton. Jim loved living in Fort Meyers Beach, FL. He is survived by his sister, Marthene (and spouse Gary) Burnau of Warsaw, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be a celebration of Jims life on Friday September 25, 2015 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at his sisters home. There will be a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at their home. Jims family and friends are welcome to attend. Jim was a Indiana Lions Eye Bank Donor.
