He was born Friday February 22, 2013 to Stephanie Sherburne and Jonathon Miller. Jacob is survived by his parents of Warsaw, IN; Maternal Grandparents Michael and Nickie Sherburne of Warsaw, IN; Paternal Grandparents Jerry and Debra Miller of Warsaw, IN; Maternal Great Grandparents Vickie Guernsey of Alabama and William and Cynthia Sherburne of Lainsburg, MI; Paternal Great-Grandmother Phyllis Duzan of Warsaw, IN and Paternal Great-Great-Grandmother Ruby Cornell of Lainsburg, MI. A Maternal Great-Grandfather Kale Guernsey and Paternal Great Grandfather Robert Duzan preceded him. Interment Services will be held Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 12:00 PM in the Oakwood Cemetery Chapel with interment in the Garden of the Angels Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, IN. Pastor Gage Norem will officiate the services. Funeral services are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN.
