Jacob Michael McKee, 30, of 207 East Chicago Street, Columbia City, Indiana, died on 12/21/2009 at 2:52 PM at Whitley County, Indiana. He was born on January 14, 1979 in Goshen, Indiana. Jacob's parents are Jay Michael McKee and Laura (Stickler) McKee.He was a graduate of East Noble High School. He was a Machinist. Jacob enjoyed writing, music and sports.He is survived by his son, Dawson Haven Kreischer of Fort Wayne, IN., his mother, Laura McKee of Kendallville, IN,and his father Jay Michael McKee of Florida. Four sisters, Michelle (Joe) McManama of Warsaw, In, Megan McKee of Fort Wayne, IN, Sandra McKee of Marina, CA, and Victoria McKee of Kendallville, IN. One brother Jerod (Amy) McKee of Avilla, IN. One aunt, Leta Perry of Columbia City, IN. Two cousins, David Perry and Emily Case both of Columbia City, IN. A companion, Dawn Warrick of Columbia City, IN. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Guy and Edith Stickler, of Pierceton, IN, and his paternal grandparents Roy and Betty Gramling of Florida. Pastor Dr. Thomas Clothier will be conducting the memorial service Services will be held at First Christian Church, 110 W. Waits Road, Kendallville, Indiana on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 11:00 am. Burial will be at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Pierceton is in charge of arrangements.
