Iona 'Ann' Perry

Iona 'Ann' Perry, 66, of 9602 East Old Road 30, Pierceton, Indiana, died on 6/13/2009 at 4:45 am at her residence. She was born on September 5, 1942 in Warsaw, Indiana. Ann was born to Clarence and Iona (Leckrone) Sausaman. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana. On January 14, 1961 she was united in marriage to Alvin F. Perry, who survives. She entered into rest after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. She was a farm wife and a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed horseback riding, bowling, family gatherings and cookouts around the camp- fire. She served as the Vice-President of the Kosciusko County Saddle Club for many years. In addition to her husband, Alvin, Ann is survived by her daughters: Cynthia ( and spouse Gregory) Taylor and Amber (and spouse Michael) Wheeler both of Pierceton, Indiana. Her grandchildren are Caleb Logan, Warsaw, Indiana: Stephanie Wheeler, Pierceton, Indiana; Angela Taylor, Avilla, Indiana and Christopher Taylor, Orlando, Florida. She has great-grandchildren which include Ariana, Celeste and Hailie Logan all of Larwill, Indiana. Her surviving sisters are Judy Lowry, Warsaw, Indiana and Jackie Lemcool, Kingsley, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. Chaplain Robert Jarboe of Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice will officiate the service. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 10:00 am. Calling hours will be 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery - Warsaw, Indiana. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
