Warsaw

It is with great sorrow that we announce Hunter Dallas Pacely 24, of Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly at home Sunday evening July 26, 2026.

Born on February 20, 2002, in Warsaw, he was the beloved son of Bruce Adams and Stephanie (Wilson) Adams. Graduating from Tippecanoe Valley High School, he played football as linebacker. On August 14, 2021, he took Heidi Olvera to be his beautiful bride.

He was currently working as a jailer for the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. Hunter was known for being a leader and treating each inmate as a friend and never judged them on their character or behavior.

When not working he enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his wife Heidi and their two children. He loved his family immensely. He will always be remembered for being family-oriented and as a strong and dedicated son, father, husband, uncle and friend to all.

Hunter enjoyed being outdoors and fishing with his dad and brother Keenan. Ever since he was a little boy Hunter enjoyed camping and sitting by the campfire. He would unwind by gaming, running, and was always motivated when working out. Hunter had a love of food, whether he was cooking or trying a new restaurant. Heidi and he were very fond of shopping in Fort Wayne. The family attended and are members of the First Brethren Church of North Manchester.

Hunter always took care of his mom, and she was his unwavering rock in return. They were each other’s strength through everything.

Those left to honor Hunter’s memory are his wife, Heidi; son, Hunter Dallas Pacely Jr. and daughter, Josephine Elizabeth Marie Pacely; mother, Stephanie Adams; father, Bruce Adams; brother, Shawn Adams; sisters; Brianna and Jasmin Adams, Anija and Letaziah Martin, Thelma and Llyza Pacely; brothers, Bryce and Braydon Sax, and Wade Pacely Jr.; maternal grandmother, Josephine Perkins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
