Helen Irene Ewen

Helen Irene Ewen, age 85, of Silver Lake, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in her residence at 9:22 AM. She was born on January 21, 1934 in Pierceton, Indiana to Lawrence and Irene (Lentz) Mort. During her life she worked at Agnew Development Center as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician and Unit Supervisor for 25 years. She has lived in Kosciusko County since retiring in 1994. She is survived by her sons; Jon (spouse Colleen) Ewen of Silver Lake, IN, Lawrence (spouse Nancy) Ewen of Columbia City, IN, grandchildren; Blake and Steven Ewen of CA also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Raymond Mort, 2 daughters; Melody Ann and Abby Ewen and a son; Joe Ewen. Services will be private and held at a later date.
