Harold Calvin Mullins

Harold Calvin Mullins, 77, of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 10:21 pm Friday, March 17, 2017 in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne. On July 18, 1939, he was born in Myra, Kentucky to Jester Estep and Ida (Mullins) Smith. He was united in marriage to Wilma Mullins on January 27, 1958 in Wise, Virginia, who survives. He served our country honorably in the United States Air Force. Calvin was retired from KEMRAD and also worked for Reese Security as a security guard. Calvin is survived by his wife, Wilma Mullins, Pierceton; one son, Jerry Wayne (and spouse Gail) Mullins, Claypool; one daughter, Barbara Ann (and spouse Jack) Emerick, Auburn; one brother, David (and spouse Deneae) Smith, Esserville, Virginia; sister, Barbara Sue (and spouse Larry) Mitter, Louise, Virginia; two half-sisters, Barbara (and spouse Conrad) Burke, Lickfork, Kentucky and Anita Elkins, Wellington, Kentucky; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Pike Lake with military honors provided by American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post #1126, Warsaw. A memorial gathering will take place from 12:00 - 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 16, 2017 at Pike Lake. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with the arrangements.
