Glenda Michael

Glenda Michael, 57, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, June 14, 2024 in her home.

Glenda was born on October 10, 1966 in Warsaw, Indiana to Lester and Geraldine (Zorn) Bays. She graduated from Whitko Community Schools.

On June 20, 2003 in Pierceton, Glenda married Ben Michael. She was a loving wife and devoted housewife.

Glenda was always a happy person, the life of the party and full of humor. She was selfless and loving. She enjoyed going camping, fishing, doing puzzles and crocheting afghans.

She is missed dearly by her husband Ben of Pierceton; sons Matt (Kelli) Michael of Silver Lake and Tim (Amanda Sheets) Michael of Warsaw; grandchildren Alexis (Jaydin) Conley and Matthew Michael Jr.; great-granddaughter Myla Conley; and her siblings: Rod Bays and Rick Bays, both of Pierceton and Lori Patrick of Ocala, FL.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Brenda Beck, Roger Bays and Rocky Bays.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 11-1 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 105 S. First Street, Pierceton. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with Kam Michael officiating.

Burial will follow in the Clemmers-Fishers-Ross Cemetery, Claypool.
