Gerald R. Pfeiffer

Gerald R. Pfeiffer, 82 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Sunday July 10, 2016 at 3:38 p.m. in his residence. He was born on July 15, 1933 to Jesse and Inez (Klinger) Pfeiffer in Warsaw, Indiana He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War on a submarine. He enjoyed playing softball and going camping with the Kosko Kampers Klub, carving walking canes and he loved to decorate “over and above” for Christmas. He was a Tool and Die Maker, working for Clausing Industrial Co. and Zimmer Inc. Gerald is survived by his daughters, Tina (and spouse Robert) Keim of Goshen, Indiana and Lisa Jones of Bordentown New Jersey; a brother Frank (and spouse Rebecca) Pfeiffer of Warsaw, Indiana; two grandchildren, Andy Jones of Bordentown, New Jersey and Christian Pfeiffer-Laguerre of Goshen, Indiana; two step grandchildren, Timothy and Alex Keim of Goshen, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter Julie Kay Pfeiffer A graveside service will be held on Thursday July 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, Indiana with Pastor Tracey Pfeiffer officiating. There will be Military Honors by the American Legion Post #49, VFW Post #1126 and the Indiana Funeral Honor Guard. A visitation will be held on Wednesday July 13, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral, Warsaw, Indiana The family is requesting that the memorial contribution be made to the Warsaw - Wayne Fire Territory, 2204 E. Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580.
