Gerald F. Kiser, 69, of Leesburg, Indiana, died on 5/26/2009 at 4:00 pm at his residence. He was born on April 30, 1940 in North Webster, Indiana. Gerald is the son of Lewis (Bud) and Doris M. (Smith) Kiser. On June 30, 1961, he married Mary Lou Christian, who survives. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, growing up in North Webster before moving to Leesburg.He was a truck driver for many years when he retired. He also worked for Yoder Transport, New Paris.He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose, American Legion and Rosella Golf Course, all of Warsaw.Also surviving are a Son, Gary L. Kiser, Warsaw, IndianaTwo Daughters,Kerry Fuller and Kelli Kiser, Leesburg, IndianaOne Brother; Lewis D. (Wife Pam) Kiser, Goshen, IndianaOne Sister; Marsha (Husband Wayne) Huffman, Pierceton, IndianaHe had 4 Grandchildren, Richard and Ami Steg, Hilary and Dylan Kiser, all of Warsaw and Kaelei Fuller of Leesburg and also 2 Great Grandchildren, Ashytn Poe and Alexis Steg both of Warsaw. He also has a Great Grandchild on the way.Gerald is preceded in death by his Parents, two Brothers, Earl and Bernard Kiser and a Granddaughter, Taera Kiser. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 10:00 am with Captain Jody Dahlberg and Ken Locke . Calling hours will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Thursday, May 28, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
