Frances “Fritz” Harris

Frances “Fritz” Harris, age 92, of North Manchester, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1:35 PM in Parkview Hospital of Wabash. She was born on November 12, 1926 to John and Katherine Zbyrowski in Gary, IN. She married Chelsie F. Harris on June 1, 1946 in Gary, IN. She retired from Foster Forbes Glass Factory in Marion, IN. She was a member of the V.F.W. and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #49, Warsaw. She enjoyed playing the piano and bingo also she was an avid bowler, a Chicago Cubs fan and she also enjoyed crafts. Frances is survived by a daughter, LuAnne (Ron) Bendixon of Marion, IN; a son Randy Harris of LaFontaine, IN; numerous grand and great grandchildren; a sister Rosie Badgero of Coleman, MI. She is preceded by her parents, husband of 50 years, 1 daughter, Linda Harris Kugler. A funeral service will be held on Saturday January 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., visitation will also be held on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Gardens of Memory in Huntington, IN. Interment will be in Gardens of Memory. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is entrusted to the arrangements.
