Floyd Eugene Thompson

Floyd Eugene Thompson, 81, Warsaw passed away at 12:55 pm, September 26, 2014, in the care of his family and hospice. He was born in Huntsville Alabama to Elma and Beatrice Hastings Thompson on January 18, 1933. On September 26, 1951 he married his wife of 63 years, Sarah Wynell ( Kelsoe) Thompson, who survives. Floyd was a self-employed businessman for many years building grain structures, and then retiring as a general contractor after building many homes in Kosciusko County. Floyd will be remembered as a good man who trusted the Lord by the family and friends that loved him. Floyd was a loving husband and father of three children, Rick and (Shelia) Thompson, Warsaw. Vicky and (Danny) Adkins, Alabama, Terry and (Deb) Thompson, Chapman Lake; 10 grandchildren, Mary, Chris, Matt, Sarah, Joe, John, Jill, Jamie, Jennifer, Andrea and 13 great- grandchildren. In honoring the family’s wishes, there will be a Memorial Dinner beginning at 11:00 am at Living Hope Ministries, 595 E 350 N, Warsaw Saturday, October 4, 2014.
