Fernande Mary Kolter

Fernande Mary Kolter, 84, of Warsaw, IN., died on 11/20/2009 at 6:30 PM at her residence. She was born on November 5, 1925 in Minneapolis, MN.. Fernande was born to Thomas and Flavie (Prudhomme) Ennis. She was a Warsaw, IN. resident since 1993. On January 27, 1946 in Chicago, IL. she was united in marriage to Fred G. Kolter. She was a homemaker and member of the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Also, she was a member of the Bridge Club and Quilting Club. Frenande was an excellent seamstress, quilter and cook. She was an avid bridge player, devoted to her church and loved her family and dogs. She had a wonderful sense of humor and found great pleasure in bringing people together. She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving family, including, her husband Fred Kolter of Warsaw, IN.; sons William C. (spouse Pamela) Kolter of Claypool, IN.; Thomas F. (spouse Nancy) Kolter of Fort Worth, TX.; James A. (spouse Linda) Kolter of Sanford, FL.; and daughter Susan H, Kolter of Mooseheart, IL.. In addition, she is survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters Martha Miller and Therese Bostnick of Sun City, AZ.; Lucille Shanks of Oconomowc, WI. and a brother Arthur Ennis of Niles, IL.. She was preceded by a brother, Thomas Ennis and a sister, Rita Ennis of Minneapolis, MN.. Pastor Jim Mugg of the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church will officiate the funeral services. Services will be held at Warsaw, Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw, IN. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 3:00 PM. Calling hours will be 1:00 to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.
