Ethel E. Mendel RosbrughEthel E. Mendel Rosbrugh, 106, died at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 16, 2011, in Grace Village, Winona Lake, where she resided.She was born July 19, 1905, in Burket, to Louis B. and Etta Alexander Mendel. On Oct. 18, 1949, in South Bend, she married Max Rosbrugh, who died in 1972.She was a member of Church of God, Warsaw, Daughters of the American Revolution and Kosciusko County Retired Teachers. She graduated from Ball State State College in 1941.Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Wanda Zinn, Mildred Howard and Naomi Hartle; and three brothers, Charles E. Mendel, Wayne Mendel and Arden Mendel.Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Gerald Yoder officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.Calling is from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
