Ella Louise Blair

Ella Louise Blair, 86 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on June 19, 2014 at 3:15 p.m. in her home. She was born on March 7, 1928 to Lonza and Lucy (Roberts) Blevins in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was united in marriage to Marvin Blair on June 29, 1946 in Paintsville, Kentucky. She moved to Warsaw in 1964. She was a homemaker and also worked at Late Country Fiberglass as a material handler in Claypool, Indiana also for sewing factories most of her life. She retired in 1990.She was a member of the Warsaw Church of God, Warsaw, Indiana. She loved humming birds, quilting, sewing, gardening, flowers, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a woman of faith, Kindness, wisdom, and lots of love. The Blair family would like to thank Hospice for all there kindness and their support. Ella is survived by her 2 sons; Roger (and spouse Bernadine) Blair and Harold Blair both of Warsaw; 4 daughters; Lorene (spouse Elijah) Freeman of Hager Hill, Kentucky; Marvina Austin of Warsaw; Brenda Kreis of Claypool, Indiana and Sharon and Robert Miller of Winona Lake, Indiana; 5 sisters; Marie Wallen of Winona Lake, Indiana; Betty Foster, Bonnie Crabtree, Susie Blevins, Judy Blevins all of Ohio and Ruthann Reynolds of Van Leer, Kentucky; 1 brother; James Blevins of Lucasville, Ohio. 18 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving is couple of very special friends, Sherry and Rick Nelson of Atwood, Indiana She was preceded by her husband (2007), her mother (1932), father (1967) stepmother (1971) 2 sisters, 3 brothers and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, June 23, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. Pastor Jerry Yoder will officiate.
