Elizabeth Ann Nicholson

Elizabeth Ann Nicholson, 72 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 12:42pm Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in her residence. On September 15, 1943, she was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to George W. and Alice Marie (Concillio) Gross. She was united in marriage to Lenord E. Nicholson Sr. on June 8, 1963 in New Jersey, who survives. Elizabeth moved to Warsaw from New Jersey in 1994. She was a homemaker, who loved the Lord and her family. She was a member of Touch of Life Church, Warsaw, where she was a prayer leader. Elizabeth believed in the Holy Bible and would do anything for anybody. She was loved by all. She loved cooking, knitting and crocheting. She was a loving wife, an awesome mom and loving grandmother. She is survived by her husband of fifty three years, Lenord E. Nicholson Sr., Warsaw; three children, Barb (and spouse Andy) McCreery Sr., Warsaw, Lenny (and spouse Wendy) Nicholson Jr., Warsaw, Michael “Mikey” (and spouse Annette) Nicholson, Warsaw; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three brothers, one sister and numerous extended family members and church family members. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Touch of Life Church, Warsaw with Pastor Rick Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, September 5, 2016 in Touch of Life Church, Warsaw. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Elizabeth Ann Nicholson, C/o Lenord Nicholson Sr. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with the arrangements.
