Eileen R. Leek

Eileen R. Leek, 87, of Warsaw, was welcomed into heaven on Tuesday August 4, 2026, at her residence with family at her side.

Born on March 25, 1939, in Ottumwa, Iowa, she was the daughter of Fred and Edna Sutton. Moving from the state of Iowa, Eileen planted roots here in Warsaw. On December 6, 1963, she became the bride of Robert J. “Bob” Leek. They enjoyed many years of making memories and raising their children until his passing in 2018.

Eileen was a beautiful soul and a proud servant to the Lord, her family, all children, and her dear friends. She worked for the elementary school in Warsaw in the lunchroom providing children with a warm meal and a kind, listening ear when needed.

After her retirement, she delighted in playing the organ and piano for Colfax apartments. She crafted many items by crocheting. Eileen treasured the time spent in her flower gardens and seeing all the beauty the Lord had provided her with. She was especially partial to dogs having two of her own; Ella Blue, and Jordie.

Eileen is survived by son Tony Leek and son-in-law Randy Fry both of Warsaw, sister-in-law Vivian Kelly, family friend LuAnn Davies of Columbia City, and several nieces and nephews.

She joined in heaven her parents, husband “Bob”, and daughters Anita Fry and Stephanie “Mater” Leek.

Memorials in Eileen’s honor may be made to the Animal Welfare League, 1048 S. 325 E., Pierceton, IN 46562.

Per her wishes cremation will take place and no services will be rendered.
