Edmund E. Brader, 87 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 6:40 am Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in his residence. On January 29, 1925, he was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to Frank and Jennie (Wilson) Brader. He married Honor Davies On December 6, 1947 in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. Living most of his life in Pennsylvania, Edmund moved to Warsaw in 1992. He served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II Pacific Theatre. He was honorably discharged in 1947. Edmund also worked as a welder for Foster Wheeler Inc., Mountain Top, Pennsylvania retiring in 1984. Edmund was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Warsaw. He loved his grandchildren and spending time with them. He also loved gardening, going for long walks and he had a passion for baking all kinds of breads. He is survived by his wife, Honor Brader, Warsaw; son, Frank Brader, Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter, Nancy (and spouse Tom) Hughes, Warsaw; two grandchildren, Jeni Streeter and Becky Skeans both of Warsaw and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, September 22, 2012 at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Warsaw with The Reverend Corrine Hodges officiating. Burial will be privately held at a later date at Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas, Pennsylvania. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 - 7:00 pm, Friday, September 21, 2012 at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Warsaw. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements. the family has requested memorial contributions are to be made to St. Anne's Episcopal Church, 424 West Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 or to Kosciusko Homecare and Hospice, P.O. Box 1196, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-1196.
