Earl L. Berkey

Earl Leroy Berkey, age 70, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 at 8:17 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.He was born in Warsaw, IN on July 13, 1945 to Wilbur and Emma Ruth (Howard) Berkey. A lifetime Kosciusko County resident he was a graduate of Mentone High School. He was formerly employed by Ramsey News of Warsaw and operated Specialty Machines of Milford, IN and was self-employed as a farmer. Survivors include a brother Wayne (spouse Carol) Berkey of Claypool; a sister Anna (spouse Dean) Kronk of Elkhart; a niece Deanna Kronk of Goshen; nephews Junior (spouse Stephanie) Kronk of Mishawaka, Gary (spouse Tammie) Berkey of Warsaw, and Paul Berkey of Claypool. In addition his longtime companion Diane Teeple of Warsaw survives. His parents and several cousins preceded him. Calling is scheduled from 10:00 to 11:30 AM on Friday, November 13, 2015 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 PM in Leesburg Cemetery with Pastor Don Williams officiating.
