E. Lauree Brubaker

Lauree Brubaker, age 93, of Grace Village, Winona Lake, Indiana and formerly of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:55 AM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born July 13, 1922 in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County to John D. and Flossie “Mae” (Kurtz) Foreman.  She was united in marriage to Wilmer H. Brubaker on August 27, 1977 in Warsaw IN, who preceded her. She was formerly employed by Lake City Bank of Warsaw beginning as an Assistant Cashier and rising to the position of Operations Officer after 33 years of service. She attended First Baptist Church of Warsaw and was a member of the KCH Senior Club. In addition, she volunteered for Mobile Meals as driver until she was 80 years old.      She is survived by a daughter Elaine Hively of Warsaw, 6 grandchildren Sharisa Hively, Stacha (spouse Tim) Gochenour, Kassie (spouse Dan) Boyer, David Burgess, Troy (spouse Penny) Burgess, Shane Burgess; 12 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren. Her husband, one son Eldon Duane Burgess, one grandson Sid Hively, one great-grandson Austin Boyer, one great great granddaughter Peyton Stogsdill, one brother Kenneth Foreman and one sister Eloise Beiswanger preceded her.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, in the Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Richard Anderson of Grace Village Assisted Living officiating.
