Doris E. Banghart

Doris E.  Banghart,  87, formerly of Warsaw, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 in Waterford Crossing Senior Living, Goshen, Indiana. Born on August 19, 1934, in Whitley Co, Indiana  Doris was the daughter of Melvin and Pearl (Bowers) Larrew. She was united in marriage to Edward Banghart Jr. on June 21, 1950, in Peru, Indiana who passed away October 2004. Doris lived in the Warsaw area since 1948. She was formerly employed with R.R. Donnelly & Sons from 1965 -1980. Her memberships included the First Christian Church Warsaw and Daughters of American Revolution. Doris is survived by her daughter, Hope (Philip) White of Warsaw; son, Stewart (Beth Ann) Banghart of Syracuse; siblings, Barbara (William) McDaniel of Lucas, TX, and David Larrew of Palestine; four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  She  was preceded in passing by her husband Edward Banghart Jr, and her two sons, Stanley and Lance Banghart, two brothers and two sisters. A memorial service in celebration of her life will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday September 16, 2021 at  McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Matthew Rogers will be officiating. Interment will be later at Oakwood Cemetery. Masks are optional, and social distancing is encouraged. No food is permitted at this time.
