Doreen T. Bessette

Doreen T. Bessette, 82, of 2216 North Point Drive Warsaw, Indiana, died on 10/7/2009 at 7:59 PM at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on June 21, 1927 in Kankakee, Illinois. Doreen was born to Leon and Julia Prairie. She was a Warsaw, Indiana resident for 15 years, formerly residing in Michigan and Illinois. She was of the Catholic Faith and attended Sacred Heart Cathoilc Church of Warsaw, Indiana. Doreen is survived by her loving family including two sons, Anthony “Tony” Adkins of New Tazwell, Tennessee and Terry L. Bessette of Warsaw, Indiana. She is also survived by one sister, Matjorie Johnson and one brother William Prairie both residing in Kankakee, Illinois. Ind addition, Doreen has 5 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded by two husbands, one brother and one sister Funeral service will be privately held and not open to the public. Burial will be private.
