Donna F. Crum

Donna F. Crum, age 60, of Claypool, Indiana passed away Saturday December 14, 2013 at 8:15 PM in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne. She was born May 6, 1953 in Warsaw, Indiana to Newton P. and Betty (Hall) Wallen. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, IN. On June 16, 1973 in Clintwood, VA she was united in marriage to Robert Crum. She received her Bachelors Degree in Education from Indiana University South Bend. She was a substitute teacher in Special Education and K-12 for Warsaw Community School System and Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation. She is survived by her husband Robert Crum of Claypool, IN, a son Steve (spouse Tammy) Wallen of Fort Wayne, IN; daughters Melissa (spouse Jason) Abbott of Leesburg, IN and Michelle (spouse Russell) Flowers-Schutz of Warsaw, IN; brothers William (spouse Lori) Wallen of South Whitley, IN, Woodrow Wallen of Columbia City, IN and Troy Wallen of Akron, IN; sisters Barbara (spouse Don) Miller of Sevastapool, IN, Delores (spouse Joe) Rose of Claypool, IN, Josephine (spouse Clifford) Clevenger of North Webster, IN, Ellen Wallen of Warsaw, IN, Betty Wallen of Leesburg, IN, Braska (spouse Fred) Rose and Tammy (spouse Rex) Allen both of Warsaw, IN; grandchildren Taylar Roberts, Ashaunte Wallen, Aaron Flowers, David Lindley, Brandi Lindley, Adam Lindley, Brandon Flowers, Stephanie Lindley, Caleb Wallen, Luca Wallen, Doblon Wallen; great-grandchildren Brady Roberts, Laila Lindley and Kaylynn Lindley. Brothers Jack Richard Wallen and Ernie Wallen preceded her. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 12:00 PM will calling one-hour prior at the Menzie-Reece Post #258 of the American Legion in Pierceton, IN. Jeremy Hamby will officiate the service. Interment services will be private. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
