Donald 'Ed' Sherrill

Donald 'Ed' Sherrill, 82, of Pierceton, Indiana, died on 7/27/2010 at 12:40 am at Mason Healthcare Center, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on February 2, 1928 in Toledo, Ohio. Ed was born to Troy and Viola (Huffmaster) Sherrill. He graduated from Oak Harbor High School, Oak Harbor, Ohio and then served for four years in the U.S. Air Force where he served in the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged on September 11, 1952.Living the first part of his life in Mishawaka, he lived in Pierceton after his marriage to Marian. He married Margaret Ann Sult and then later in life, he married Marian E. Launder Graft Dyson, whom preceded him in death in 2007. He worked for Bendix Corporation, Huntington, Indiana, for 30 years. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton, Indiana on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Holly White officiating.. Calling hours will be 12:00 - 2:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Saturday, July 31, 2010. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, Indiana.
