Diane Lorraine Ramsey

Diane L. Ramsey, 74, passed away in her home on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

Diane was born on August 12, 1950 to Eugene and Doris (Gray) Ramsey in Warsaw, Indiana. She graduated from Warsaw High School with the class of 1968. She then went on to graduate from Purdue University with a degree in office administration.

She would spend over 30 years working as an administrative assistant for Warsaw Community Schools, retiring in 2013. Diane made many lasting friendships with her co-workers. After retirement, Diane would move in with her mother to help take care of her.

Diane loved reading, going to plays and live performances and making beaded jewelry. She loved a trip to the candy store for sweets and chocolate. She was a giver and was always buying gifts for her family and friends. She treasured time with her family and was just starting to get into going and playing BINGO.

She is dearly missed by her nephew, Adam (Lindy) Ramsey of Warsaw and their children, Devin (Liz) Rupprecht, Zacary Ramsey and Emily Ramsey; niece, Amanda Ramsey and her children, Kyan (Sierra) Isbell and son Akari, Cameron Wahl and Katelyn Wahl.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Steve and Howard.

Per her wishes, no services will be held.
