Dennis Lane 'Denny' Nice

Dennis Lane “Denny” Nice, 64 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 12:30 pm, Friday, January 13, 2012 in his residence. On December 25, 1947, Denny was born to James Allen and Reah Maxine (Murphy) Nice in Warsaw. He married Carol Aman in 1992, in Plymouth, Indiana. Denny worked for Kirby Vaccuum Company, where he was in the top 31 salesman in the world, retiring in 1990. He lived in 49 of the 50 states while working in sales, including Gautier, Mississippi. Denny was also Past Commander of the American Legion Post #49, Warsaw and served in the honor guard. He is survived by his wife, Carol Nice, Warsaw; daughter, Lisa Marie Gordan, New Mexico; two step-daughters, Judy Hygema, Lakeville and Meschelle Davidhizar, New Paris; a sister, Jan Moore, Plymouth; four grandchildren, Trey Sheffield, John Sheffield, Isaiah Gordan and Elizabeth Gordan; five step-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-daughter, Lorraine. There are no services and visitation planned. Burial will be in Etna Green Cemetery, Etna Green, Indiana. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
