Born on December 26, 1959, to the late Don and Icy Mae (Ackley) Morgan, Debra was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
At the heart of her family, Debra leaves behind a legacy of warmth and caring. She is survived by her adoring daughter, Lisa Nelson, and her devoted son, Kenneth (Maria) Morgan.
