Darlene Graham

Darlene Graham, age  61, of Pierceton, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 10:15 a.m. in her residence. Darlene was born on August 3, 1958 in Covington, Kentucky to Clay and Elizabeth (Turner) Deaton. She  was united in marriage to Clifford Graham in 1984 in Vermont. She attended Northwood High School, Nappanee, Indiana.  She enjoyed being a homemaker during her lifetime. Darlene was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary where she served as Vice President and past President of Post #258 Pierceton. She was also a member of Helping Hands, donated food to the needy, and was always willing to help with anything needed.  She enjoyed home decorating and keeping the house well kept.  Darlene loved her family dearly. Darlene is survived by children, Tony Deaton, Macon, GA, Brianna Deaton, Pierceton, IN; siblings, Dennis Deaton, Nancy Deaton, Dora Mitchell, all of Newport, KY, Deborah Finken, Clay Deaton JR., both of Pierceton, IN; 2 grandchildren, Kaeleb & Austin Deaton, Musella, GA . She was preceded in death by husband, Clifford Graham, son Karl Lucas JR, sibling, Barbara Burch. A visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton with a funeral service following immediately at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Chapel. Officiant Lew Collier will lead the service.  Interment will be at a later date in Mother of God Cemetery, Latonia, Kentucky.
