Cynthia J. Schue, 62 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 2:59 pm Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne. On July 11, 1954, she was born in Warsaw, Indiana to Ronald and Pauline (Richards) Strieby. She was united in marriage to Robert Schue on November 21, 1979 in Leesburg, Indiana, who survives. Cynthia was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. She graduated from Syracuse Christian School, as Valedictorian of the Class of 1973 and attended Ozark Bible College in Arkansas. She then worked for Dalton Foundry for forty years, retiring in 2016, where she was a member of the Twenty Five Year Club. She loved gardening and became a master gardener. She was a very strong woman in all senses and was very devoted. Cynthia was a very devoted wife and mother and the hardest working woman that her husband had seen in his life. Cynthia is survived by her husband of thirty seven years, Robert Schue, Pierceton; two children, Gary (and spouse Kathryn) Schue, Warsaw and Tonya (and spouse Kenneth) Harrison, Pensacola, Florida; eight grandchildren, Kailey Schue, Drake Schue, Hunter Schue, Justice Schue, Ambyr Schue, Alicia (and spouse Jason) Blawn, Brock Beavers and Kiona Beavers; four great grandchildren, Liam Tackett, Jason Blawn Jr., Jasiah Blawn and Acelynn Clark; her father-in-law, Harold Schue, Warsaw; two brothers, Ron Strieby and Randy Strieby; two sisters, Pam Hiers and Deb Scharf. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents and mother-in-law, Virginia Schue. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, June 27, 2017 in the funeral chapel.
