Corey Addison Chambers-Baldridge, age 22, of Warsaw, IN passed away March 17, 2011 at 5:31 am in his residence. He was born December 28, 1988 in Warsaw, IN to Willie and Amy (Chambers) Baldridge. Corey was a lifetime resident of Warsaw and Warsaw Community High School graduate. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #49 Warsaw, IN. Corey is survived by his mother Amy Chambers of Warsaw, IN, his father Willie Baldridge of Warsaw, IN, brothers Zachary Michael Chambers of Warsaw, IN, Brandon Chambers of Warsaw, In, Max Revis, III of Warsaw, IN, Justin Baldridge of Ft. Wayne, IN, Ashton Baldridge of Henderson, NV and Dillon Baldridge of Warsaw, IN; sister Brianna Baldridge of Fort Wayne, IN; grandparents Mike “Deacon” Chambers of Wabash, In; Joyce Zehner of Texas; Delores Hatfield of Tyler, TX; aunts Dawn (spouse Darren) Miner of TX,; Norma Perkins of Warsaw, IN; Tammy Miller Fort of Wayne, IN; Cindy (spouse Tim) Sams of Roann, IN and uncles Ronnie Baldridge of Warsaw, IN; Andy Baldridge of Warsaw, IN and Carlos Stinfer of Warsaw, IN. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 21, 2011 at 10:00 am in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. Calling hours are from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday, March 20, 2011.Pastor Kondo Simfukwe will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, IN.
